Ralph Douglas Richardson (Doug), age 78, passed away in his home in Arvada, CO on May 12, 2024. He was a graduate of Lake County High School and attended New Mexico Military Institute for 2 years before being drafted into the Army. Doug owned Dutch Henri Ski Shop in Leadville, CO and the family owned the Gambles store.
Doug was an avid and beautiful skier, golfer, camper, Hobie Cat sailor and volunteer at his church. He is survived by Linda, his wife of 49 years, stepson, Wayne Rivenes and his wife, Kim, his sister, Holly Drush and brother, Rohn.
Funeral services will be held at Spirit of Christ Catholic Community (80th & Vance in Arvada) on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow immediately after.
