Pluma "Pat" Rawson

Pluma Adrene Rawson (Pat), passed away on January 13, 2023 at the age of 71.  She was born on May 9, 1951 to Levi and Charlotte Shults in Idalia, Colorado.  She was married to Dean Rawson in 1968 and moved to Denver.  Together they have two sons and one daughter in law, seven grand children, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.   She spent many years working at Mercy Medical Center managing the kitchen before leaving to manage three Dud's N Sud's laundry facilities.  She later returned to the hospital business working in the dietician's office at St. Anthony's Hospital before finishing out her career working in the radiology department.

She loved spending time with family, traveling (road trips, cruises, flying), going to the dog track, Las Vegas, Blackhawk, reading, watching the Broncos and NASCAR, bowling and baking.

Preceded in death by her parents and her sister Twila, she is survived by her husband Dean, children Mike (Rose) and Doug, grandchildren, Chris (JoAnna), Daniel (Krysten), Nick, Hannah, Katie, Josh and Noah, great grandchildren Elijah, Everly and Samuel, and her brother Chelsey (Jo).

A Visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 1:00 PM followed by a Memorial Service starting at 2:00 PM at Horan & McConaty 9998 Grant St. Thornton, CO.
