Phyllis was 73 years of age and a resident of Lakewood, Colorado when she passed away. Phyllis is survived by husband Keith Cubbage, her children Steve (Sandy) Cubbage, Beth (Zane) Moyer, Mark (Nikkole) Cubbage, Randy Cubbage, and her grandchildren Dawn Cubbage, Ryan Bleichwehl, Stacy Cubbage, Adrianna Cubbage, and Kayla Cubbage. A Memorial Service for Phyllis will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, January 8 at Brentwood United Methodist Church, 1899 S. Irving St. Denver, Colorado, 80219.
