Phuc’s grandchildren: Dana Smith, Jordan (Dan) Ficke, Aaron Immel, Zach Jaffe, Alex Jaffe, David Jaffe, Derek Jaffe, Ben Jaffe, Danielle Jaffe, Kaila Forkell, Alyssa Forkell, Lauren Forkell, Josh Forkell.

Phuc has four great grandchildren as well.

A private celebration of life will be held by the family in the near future.
