Philip is survived by his wife Mary K. Gottlieb; sons Christopher Gottlieb and Matthew Gottlieb; and many additional treasured family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held in his honor on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at 4:00 PM at Bethany Lutheran Church, 4500 East Hampden Avenue, in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado 80113. Donations may be made in Philip's name to a Trust Fund at any 1st Bank for several Theatrical Organizations.
