Paulette Joan Webb

Paulette Joan Webb, 77, of Arvada, CO passed peacefully on February 17, 2020, surrounded by her son, family members, and friends.

Born in Chicago, IL, on November 2, 1942, to Neil Skau, Jr and Emma Skau, the family moved to Denver, CO, in 1954. Paulette graduated from St. Francis de Sales in 1960.

Paulette had a long and influential career at the Colorado State Department of Agriculture, where she was known for her professionalism, hard work, and humor. Paulette retired after thirty-five years. She spent many hours volunteering for the National Western Stock Show over the years, so it was natural that she went on to work there after retiring. She happily worked at the Stock Show for ten years.

Paulette was married to Ronald Craven from 1971 to 1977, and Jack Webb from 1981 until his death in 1992.

Paulette was a great hostess and entertainer, hosting many holidays and parties at her home. She enjoyed cooking, ceramics, watching movies, and, most of all, spending time with her family and friends.

Paulette is survived by her beloved son and daughter-in-law Matt and Angela Craven; brothers, Mark (Lori) Skau, Neil Skau; sister, Juliette Kroekel; nieces, Andrea Kroekel, Valerie (Troy) Whitney, Emma Skau; great-nieces, Maddilyn Griffis, Kaylee Whitney and other family members including Ash Whitney, Louis Ruhlin, and Matt Mine. Numerous close family and friends will greatly miss Paulette.

Rosary, followed by Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 beginning at 10:00am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 12735 W. 58th Avenue, Arvada, CO 80002.
