Passed away October 16, 2012. Preceded in death by her father John ""Jack"". Survived by her mother Mary Ann, brother Mark and sister Mary Beth and many friends who loved her dearly. Private services are to be held this week. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Paula's name to The Denver Hospice, 501 S. Cherry St. #700, Denver, CO 80246.
