Patsy was preceded in death by her husband Richard Bull, her parents Ala and Thomas Matkins, and her brother Richard Matkins. Graveside Service Tuesday, September 26, 2017, 2:15 PM, Fort Logan National Cemetery, area C. Donations suggested to Alzheimer's Association.
