Patricia A. Neidert, 97, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, passed away on October 3, 2026, at the Vi Care Center. Born at home in Tullos, Louisiana, to Homer L. and Faye T. Allbritton, Pat was the oldest of six children. She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband of 66 years, Glen E. Neidert; her brother, Bert Allbritton; her sister, Tommie Tyler; and her daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Pennington Neidert. Survivors include her daughter, Lenora Neidert Kroner (Kerry); her son, Carl D. Neidert; her grandchildren, Nicholas Pennington (Cydney), Brooke Pennington, and Alex Pennington (Katharina); and their beautiful children. Pat is also survived by her brother, Harold Allbritton; her sisters, Laura Gunter and Fern McKeithen; and many nieces and nephews.
Pat and Glen moved to Colorado in 1967 and built their first home in Lakewood. Over the years, they lived in Englewood, Lone Tree, and finally Highlands Ranch. They also owned a cabin in Alpine, Colorado, on Mount Princeton, where they enjoyed the Rocky Mountains. Pat loved exploring the back roads with Glen on her ATV.
Pat was a gracious host who delighted in setting a lovely table and sharing joyful, memorable home-cooked meals with family and friends. She spent many hours visiting church guests, often with baskets of treats, and sharing her faith in Jesus. She taught Sunday school and women’s Bible studies.
Everyone who knew Pat remembers her with a smile. Spirited, fun-loving, and friendly to all, she was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, and follower of Jesus. Pat was beautiful inside and out with her striking dark eyes, smooth porcelain skin, and sweet southern drawl.
A memorial service will be held Friday, October 30, at 10:30 a.m. at Ken Caryl Church, 8395 W. Ken Caryl Ave., Littleton, CO 80128. A luncheon will follow.
