Norma Jean Blair beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt passed away peacefully on December 21, 2025 in Westminster, Colorado.

Norma was born on February 27, 1940 in Denver, Colorado to the late William Meyer and Evelyn Schneider. She grew up and attended schools in the Denver area. She graduated from St. Joseph’s High School in 1958. After graduation, she worked at St. Anthony’s Hospital in the billing department.

Norma married the love of her life, George Otto Blair (Corky) at The Chapel of the Bells in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 17, 1968. Corky and Norma went on to build a life on the western slope of Colorado on a 40 acre ranch where they raised their family while caring for a beautiful property. They enjoyed cattle and horse ranching as well as participating in community activities. They were especially proud of the small business, Norm’s Storage which Corky constructed and that Norma proudly managed.

Family and friends were extremely important in Norma’s life. She enjoyed hosting family gatherings and events where she was surrounded by her family and friends. She always made the holidays special by ensuring everyone was involved and welcome. Norma also had an adventurous spirit as she enjoyed participating in many outdoor activities including, boating, snorkeling, rafting, and various motorsport events.

Norma is survived by many family members including children: Mark Blair (Nicole), Cheri Blair, Michelle Miller (Dave Rohr), David Henderson (Trish), Mischelle Woodruff (Mike), Melanie Litt (Patrick). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews that all brought her immense joy.

In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Corky Blair, her son, Brett Blair, and her brother Ronald Meyer.

Services will take place on January 23rd at 11:00 am at Horan and McConaty located at 7577 W. 80th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado 80003.

The family requests for attending guests to wear something red as this was Norma’s favorite color.
