Noel John Schranz

Noel John Schranz passed away peacefully on September 25, 2026 at the age of 81.

He was a graduate of Bellarmine High School and Santa Clara University earning Masters of Arts degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science. He taught math for ten years before he moved on to work for 30 years as a Scientific Programmer and Software Engineer for Lockheed and Lockheed Martin before retiring.

Noel is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carolyn, and their two sons, Michael of Vail, Colorado, and Stephen of Bellingham, Washington, and three grandchildren, Amber, Odin, and Ailyn. He is also survived by his brothers Ronald and Maurice and his sisters Rosemary and Elizabeth, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will take place at Saint Frances Cabrini Catholic Church 6673 W. Chatfield Avenue Littleton, Colorado 80128 on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 10:30 am. Committal services will be private at The Cremation Gardens at Rocky Mountain Memorial Park Centennial, Colorado.
