Nate was born on July 13, 1959 in Milwaukee, WI. Nate and his sister, Jennie, were raised in Milwaukee by their loving parents, Tom and Betty Oettinger. He graduated from Pulaski High School and went to work for a printing company.
After he was laid off, he took a trip to Colorado and decided that's where he wanted to plant his roots. He met the love of his life, Brenda Reeh in 1981 and they built their life together with family and friends.
His love of cars guided him to auto upholstery. He worked at Auto Weave Upholstery from 1991 and became a partner in 1996, where he was able to make other people's dreams come true with the perfection he demanded in everything he touched. His attention to detail and pride in his work were always of utmost importance to him.
After 43 years together, Nate and Brenda decided it was time to get married, so on June 13, 2024 they tied the knot and officially became husband and wife. Nate touched many people's lives in various ways and will be greatly missed by all.
Nate is survived by his wife Brenda Reeh, parents Tom and Betty Oettinger, Sister Jennie (Michael) Danning, Niece Alex (Nick) Gallagher, Great-nephew Conor, Nephew Andrew Danning (Amber Dupras), Mother-in-law Lucille Miller, Brother-in-law Clark (Martine) Reeh, Sister-in-law Rhonda (Donnie) Sothman, Nieces Robbie and Shelby, Grand nephews Aiden and Bentley, and many relatives and friends.
