Monika L. Fedorowicz, of Broomfield, entered into eternal life January 18, 2009. She is survived by her husband, John; children, Oleg (Kasia) Fedorowicz and Tanya (Jeff) Samarchuk; grandchildren, Karina, Sebastian, Gabriel and Dominik Fedorowicz, Keith Sanchez, Alexander and Ashley Samarchuk. Public Visitation will be held Friday, January 23, 2009, 4:30-8pm, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Boulevard in Denver. A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, January 24, 2009, 10:00am, at Saint Joseph Polish Catholic Church, 517 East 46th Avenue in Denver.
