Michelle Bright

Mary Michelle Bright passed away peacefully at home on January 14, 2021 at the age of 64 years old. She was raised in Maringo, Illinois by Thomas Clifton Bright and Lillian Margaret Higgins Bright. Growing up, she enjoyed hobbies like riding horses and water skiing on the lake.

In her later years she grew passionate about fine jewelry and real estate. She took great pride in being organized and always going the extra mile to make sure things are perfect.

She had a son, Scott Thomas Bright that she loved spending time with and taking great care of. She said he was her miracle child and they were best friends until the end.

Michelle was a loving daughter, sister, mother and friend. Her friends will miss her laugh, her smile and the twinkle in her beautiful blue eyes.  Michelle was always willing to help others and offered kindness and generosity to all.

She is survived by her sister, Patricia Bright Stephenson, and brother, Thomas K. “Pepper” Bright.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
