Michele Mente

Michele Mente passed away on January 30, 2020 in Aurora, Colorado. Born on September 19, 1947 in Commerce, TX, the daughter of Dorthy Blanche Allen and George Herman Mente.

Throughout Michele’s life, she was employed as an Event Planner, Home Builder, Securities Consultant and later in her retirement, a Florist.

Michele was also a member of BRAVE Church in Englewood and the BRAVE Lunch Bunch. Throughout her life she received the Home Builder of the Year Award and Multiple Awards in the Financial Sector.

She was as tough as they come and very steadfast in her faith. Michele never missed a chance to watch her son John's football games or Justin's races. Michele cherished spending time with her grandchildren. Michele was a very thoughtful, caring, and generous individual who lived life to the fullest and will truly be missed.

Michele is survived by her two sons, John Taylor and wife Kelly Taylor and Justin Taylor and wife Elizabeth Taylor; and grandchildren, Rylee Rogers, Gavin Rogers and Ruby Jay Taylor.

A Visitation will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, February 8th, 2020 at Horan & McConaty, 11150 E Dartmouth Avenue, Aurora, Colorado, 80014.

Services will be held at 11:00AM Sunday, February 9th at Horan & McConaty followed by a Reception at 12:00PM. Service and Reception information can be found below.
