Michael Don Troup

Michael Don Troup (Mike, Mickey), age 88, passed away in Lone Tree, Colorado on July 30th, 2024. He was born on May 7th, 1936, to John and Mary Troup (both deceased) of Collinsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mike had two older siblings Evelyn Colosimo (deceased) and Jack Troup (deceased). He graduated from Rostraver High School and met the love of his life, Evelyn Halfhill in 1954 and later married in 1958. Mike accepted a job with United Airlines and he and his wife, Evelyn moved to Colorado. They had two beautiful daughters, Michele, and Danielle.

He is survived by his wife Evelyn, daughter Michele and John Gormley (Favorite Son-in-Law), daughter Danielle Troup, and his three grandsons and wives, Brendan & Tori Gormley, Mickey & Tori Apodaca-Gormley, Cody & Aubrey Gormley, and his great grandson Gavin Gormley (Parents Brendan & Tori). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other loved ones.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, August 13th 1:00 pm, at Horan & McConaty; 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave., Aurora, CO, 80014.
