Michael Price

Michael Traylor Price died on May 05, 2023,  in hospice care in Parker, Colorado.

Michael  “Mike” was born to Traylor and Faye Price on November 8, 1937 in Pampa, Texas.

He graduated from Pampa High School in 1956.  Mike graduated with a BA from Trinity University San Antonio in 1960, a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary New York in 1964 and a MA in Psychology from University of Detroit -Mercy in 1987.

For twenty five years Mike was a Presbyterian Minister working in various capacities in churches in Pennsylvania, Texas, Kentucky, Ohio and Michigan.

For 22 years Mike was employed by Denver Human Services as a child protection case worker and supervisor.

Michael was married to Jane Elizabeth Feddern in 1966. They had a son, Mark, and a daughter, Pamela. Mike was married in two gay relationships, one for 34 years and the current one for 5 years.

Mike enjoyed watching sports, traveling and observing different cultures, attending concerts of classical music as well as pop music. He loved to read, gardening, being with friends and family, and giving assistance where he saw a need.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Ann Haesly and his partner of 34 years.  He is survived by sister, Patricia Steed, six nieces, one Nephew, and many great nieces and nephews.
