Michael Joseph Phelan, of Lakewood, Colorado passed away on November 2, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph James Phelan and Armenta Mae Phelan. There will be a Memorial Service on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, CO 80227. Survived by sisters, Frances Bernadette Ward and Annette Phelan Deyle; brother-in-law Randy Deyle and nephew Justin Land.
