Maxine H. Schenck, 93, of Denver, passed away September 17, 2008. Survived by Walter, her husband of 69 years; one daughter, Heidi (Larry) Ratliff; sister, Marian Geis; three grandchildren, Kristi (Rob) McWhorter, Stephen (Heather) Ratliff & Brian (Brandi) Ratliff, & 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Melanie Lea, and 7 brothers & sisters. She enjoyed more than 20 years of volunteer service at Porter Hospital in Denver. Memorial contri- butions may be made to The Denver Hospice.
