Preceded in death by husband Charles A. Novak Jr.

Funeral Mass Friday Friday, August 30, 2019 @ 1:30 pm, Horan & McConaty Funeal Home, 3101 S. Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado.

A Visitation will be held in Orland Park, Illinois on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 9-11 am with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 am at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem), Orland Park, IL. Interment Orland Memorial Park Cemetery.
