Mary Cathryn (Jones) Molliconi, age 84, passed away on February 17, 2026. "Mickie" was born on December 23, 1941 in Mitchell, South Dakota, the daughter of Doug and Mary Jones. The Jones family moved and lived in Winner, South Dakota for many years. Mickie graduated from Winner High School in 1959. She moved to Denver, Colorado to attend Business College. She met her husband, Carl Molliconi, in 1961 and they were married on November 28, 1964. They celebrated 44 years of marriage in 2008, when Carl passed away in December of that year. Mickie had a long career in secretarial work until the children came along and she was a stay-at-home mother.

Mickie is survived by her three children: Daughters Carla Molliconi and Andrea Molliconi (Cox); her son, Nicholas Molliconi; her son-in-law Stephen Cox; her five grandchildren, Lauren Cox, Andrew (Rachel) Cox, Cameron Cox, Ameila Molliconi, and Noah Molliconi; her great-grandson, Carter; her sisters, Donna Jones and Judy (Tony) Uminski; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Paul Molliconi, Joseph Molliconi, Carol Molliconi, Judy Molliconi; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mickie was predeceased in death by her brother, Kelly Jones.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Horan & McConaty, Lakewood, on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
