Mary Imogene Miller was born on December 9, 1930, to Roy Clarence Wright and Julia Anna Miller in the Ozarks of Missouri. She attended a one room schoolhouse until she went to the School of the Ozarks at age 13, where she graduated high school. After school she worked as a nanny in Kansas City, MO where she met and married Oscar Miller. They lived in South Dakota, moved back to Missouri, then eventually moved to Denver, Colorado where she was chief cook and bottle washer, and receptionist for the family business. Imogene enjoyed traveling, cooking, and telling stories. She is survived by children Rodney (Holly) Miller, Jonathan Miller, Chester Miller, Linda Montez; grandchildren Gregory Miller, Elyse (Tim) Nelson; great-grandson Oliver Nelson. She is predeceased by husband Oscar Miller and grandson Alex Miller.
