Mary Giles

Mary Etta Giles, age 81, passed away on Monday October 4, 2021 in Denver Colorado.

Born January 18 1940 in Mayfield, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Rollie and Jerlean Fleming.  She is survived by her younger sister Sarah Rose Fleming, her loving husband Leland Giles, her children Candy Giles, Randy Giles, and Charlie Giles as well as 5 grandchildren, Cody, Christopher, Shannon, Cera, and Nicole.

Mary spent her life as a devoted wife and mother.

Mary lived by the words:

"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!" Galatians 2:20-21 (NIV)

Celebration of Life followed by Reception on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 1pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 1091 South Colorado Boulevard, Denver, Colorado 80246.

Fort Logan Service to be held on Oct 28 at 1:30 pm.  Please meet at Staging Area "B" no later than 1:15pm at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd., Denver, Colorado
