Mary Katherine Gibbs

Mary Katherine Gibbs passed away April 13, 2018. She is survived by her children Jackie Lee (Kenneth) Marrone, Donna Kay (William A.) Geithman; her grandchildren Cindi (Scott) Miller, Tammi (Jerry) Ligrani, John L. Hogue, Patti Marrone, Dawn K. Hogue, and Ryan Fortune; her great grandchildren Kristin Miller, Kelsey (Nathan) Gasser, Alyssa Marrone, Joshua Avila, Anthony Ligrani, Tyler Fortune, Sage Fortune, and Bryce Fortune; her great-great grandson Chandler Gasser; and her sister Ralphie Mai. She was preceded in death by her loving husband John L. Gibbs; her parents Emma Eleanora (Christian) Payne and Ralph Tresise Payne; her granddaughter Misti Fortune; and her sisters Laura Whatley and Virginia Draper. She will be greatly missed by all. There will be a Visitation on Wednesday, April 18th from 6-8pm at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel 9998 Grant St, Thornton. She will be laid to rest on Thursday, April 19th at 11:30am at Fort Logan National Cemetery 3698 S Sheridan Blvd, Denver. There will be an escorted procession to the cemetery. Please meet at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel 9998 Grant Street, Thornton at Ten O’Clock in the Morning on Thursday, April 19, 2018. If you will be meeting us at the cemetery please arrive at Staging Area “B” no later than Eleven Fifteen in the Morning on Thursday, April 19, 2018.
