She was a skilled bridge player (reaching the level of Life Master), a golfer, an avid reader, and a talented needle-pointer. She had a wide circle of friends, and enjoyed excellent health through her ninetieth year. She was preceded in death by her husband, who died in 2009. She is survived by her four children -- Leslie Hutchinson, Sandra (Bill) Lamberton, Thomas Dougherty, and Robin (Stephen) Tivy; her brother John (Pat) Grosso; eight grandchildren â Brittney (Thomas) Corrigan-McElroy, Tess (Greg) White, Rory (Natalie) Lamberton, Timothy (Elexis) Lamberton, Meghann (Ziggy) Guentensberger, Caitlyn Tivy, Peter Dougherty, and Celeste Dougherty; and nine great-grandchildren.
