Beloved Mother and Grandmother, 81, Martha Grace Horn, born March 29, 1935, passed away May 4, 2016. Preceded by her husband, J.W. Horn. Survived by her sons Ronald (Rosanne) Horn and Ricky (Sharon) Horn; Grandchildren Rachel (Ben) Brannan, Matthew Horn, and Jake Horn; Great-Grandchildren Brooklyn Horn and Cooper Dunson.
