Mark Alan Sullivan

Proud and loving father, husband, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Mark Alan Sullivan, 70, passed away surrounded by loved ones in Denver, Colorado on May 12th, 2025. Born to Thomas Sullivan and Joyce Sullivan (née Ryan) in Ulysses, Kansas on October 22nd, 1954, Mark primarily grew up in Boulder, Colorado, where he also obtained his bachelor’s degree at the University of Colorado Boulder and met his wife, Maud Sullivan (née Flouriot). Mark will be fondly remembered by all who knew him for his devotion to family, love of music, and literature, as well as for his welcoming aura, sharp wit, and animated humor. Mark is survived by his wife, Maud, two children, Audree and Jacques, Grandson, Jaxon, his brother, Wade, his sisters, Jan and Lisa, his nieces, Jenny, Kelly, Lauren, and Meghan, and his nephews, Peter and David.

A memorial service and celebration of Mark’s life will be held at Horan & McConaty in Aurora on Friday, July 18th, 2025, at 2pm.
