Marian Mills Steeples

Marion (Mimi) Mills Steeples (1940-2014) Dr. Marion Mills Steeples, 74, of Denver passed away May 2. She was born January 6, 1940 in Akron, OH of Herbert A. and Marjorie J. Mills. Marion received her B.A. from Earlham College; her Masters of Education from Miami U; and her Ph. D in business management. from Columbia Pacific U. Examiner and author of The Corporate Guide to the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. She is survived by son John Powell and daughter Victoria Cavanaugh both of Denver; her sister Christine Carlson of Portland, OR; and her brother Dr. Herbert Mills of Austin, TX. A Remembrance Celebration was held May 4th at the Wellshire Inn, Denver. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to worthy and leading-edge cancer research institutions.
