Margaret O. Doran

Margaret (Peggy) O. Doran, 83 was born on September 20, 1932 to Lloyd and Kathryn O'Brien in New Richmond, WI. She passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, June 3, 2016 and will be reunited in heaven with her parents, and her brothers Bob and Gene O'Brien. Peggy is survived by her loving husband, Donald Doran; her son Michael and daughter Erin Doran Hice. She is also survived by her brothers, Mike and Jack O'Brien, daughter-in-law Lori Doran, son-in-law Randy Hice, and grandchildren Bobby, Alex and Patrick Doran, and Sean and Colin Hice. Peggy was active in helping military wives and their dependents, as well as serving as Eucharistic Minister at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Peggy loved to travel, visiting dozens of countries in recent years. She also was actively involved in her book club, and enjoyed Pilates at her health club. Services to honor Peggy's life will be held at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church on Thursday, June 9th at 10:30am. Interment will take place at a future date at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA.
