Margaret Mary Caruso

Margaret Mary Caruso was born in Edgewater, Colorado on March 7, 1921 to Rudolph and Anna (Schmidt) Verdieck and passed away June 3, 2014 at age 93. She is survived by her son Peter (Irene) Caruso of Galesburg, Illinois and her daughter Carol Greenfield (Jack Monturi) of Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Also surviving are sisters Ruth Port and Dorothy Campbell, grandchildren Max (Anissa Rust) Caruso, Carla (John) Brinker, Benjamin (Lauren) Caruso, Margaret Caruso, Cynthia (Tristan) Taylor, Barbara Taylor, Adria (Michael) Maestas, Gifford (Kristen) Taylor, Lisa Lytle and Laura (Jose) Matthews and her great grandchildren, Max and Molly Brinker, Zachary, Anna Belle and Simeon Caruso, Asha Taylor, Damian and Mikayla Armijo, Ethan Maestas, Savannah Salazar, Chester Taylor, Apsen Taylor-Angel, Mirella Lamar, Samantha Lytle and Jack Matthews. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband Karl Caruso, her mother and father and her brothers Edmund, Ralph and Reverend Arthur Verdieck. Visitation will begin at 2:30 Thursday, June 5th followed by the funeral service at 3PM at Denver Friends Church, 4595 Eliot Street. Memorial Contributions are suggested to Denver Friends Church.
