Margaret Olive Beatty

Margaret Beatty, age 83, died of pneumonia at University Hospital in Denver, Colorado, on Sunday, July 13, 2025. She was born in a small village near Norwich, England and worked for many years as a secretary for Sterling Holidays in Norwich. There, she met on a blind date Steve Beatty, a serviceman in the USAF. They dated, fell in love, and married in 1977 in Denver while he was stationed at Lowry Air Force Base.

Margaret loved to travel both in England, Europe, and the American West. She was an avid cat lover, who enjoyed watching birds, and old movies on DVD with Steve. She is survived by her husband, a sister and several nieces and nephews.
