Louise S. McGlone

Louise was born December 30, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan. Louise married the late Capt. O.B. Stuart and lived in England for a short period before moving to Knoxville, Tennessee, where her first child, Jenifer, was born. Louise moved to Florida where her second daughter, Shereen, was born. Louise was employed by Eythy Corporation and United Airlines before establishing her own travel agency in 1976. Louise was a State backstroke champion at age 14, and also attended Michigan State University. Louise enjoyed singing, was an artist of fine porcelain painting and a piano player. Louise married Allen McGlone in 1998 and lived in Roxborough Park until her death. She is survived by her husband Allen; daughters Jenifer K. Stuart-Papi and Shereen L. Cannavo; step-children Eric S. McGlone and Colleen M. Slater. Louise is also survived by seven grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2014, 11:00 AM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 E.
