Linda Mae Burandt

Our dear Linda Mae Burandt sadly passed away on May 4, 2024, at the age of 68. She was an incredible wife, mother, and grandmother who was always there when you needed her the most offering support, wisdom, joy, and love in abundance. She was a fierce protector of her children and grandchildren and willing to take on anyone who threatened their safety. A friend to many. She cherished her home life in Thornton, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and strength along with her cars and Tweety bird collection among other things.

She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Dennis, sons Christopher (Sandy), and Mathew. Sisters Doreen (Frank) Holtry and Susan Mackin, sister's in law, Nancy McLaughlin, Monika (Tom) Cary, and Marline Burandt (Tom). Grandchildren Kyjah, Stryder and Kinley, along with numerous nieces and nephews, and countless friends who relished her warm generosity. 

She is preceded by her son Jason, mother and father Betty and Charles Putnam, mother and father in law, Theresia and Roy Burandt, brother in law, Robert Mackin.

A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. Our family will have 2 services. One for friends and family. We will give notice and time to plan. There will be another private service for family in the mountains.
