Leander Cameron Hildebran, age 83, passed away in the company of his sons on August 20, 2025.
He moved with his family to Colorado in 1978, from Durham, North Carolina, where he was born. Cameron worked in the flooring industry his entire career, spanning over 55 years.
He was an avid fisherman and country dancer. He is survived by his sons Cameron and Chris, his daughter Leigh, five grandchildren, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Junius and Allie Mae, his brother Hamblin, and his son Jody.
Funeral services will take place at Horan & McConaty, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, on September 4, at 10:00am. Please join us in the reception hall after the ceremony for light refreshments.
