Krystin Burrall Trustman

Krystin Burrall Trustman, 57, completed her courageous journey with Multiple Sclerosis on September 15, 2026, peacefully at the hospital with her father by her side.

Born September 1, 1969, in Milwaukee, WI, Krystin faced her diagnosis 33 years ago with remarkable strength and grace. She followed research journals and regularly discussed new treatments with her doctors. She shared her journey and provided encouragement with others inflicted with MS.

She was a graduate of Marycrest High School in Denver, CO in 1987. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Theatre Arts from Ripon College in Ripon, WI in 1991. At both Marycrest and Ripon, she enjoyed participating in multiple drama and musical productions and regularly attended local productions and concerts. She regularly sang for church services, while accompanied by her mother on piano or organ.

She worked for Sprint telecommunications in Kansas City, KS and Austin, TX. She returned to the Denver area and volunteered with the Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition until her own disability with MS became too difficult to continue.

Krystin is survived by her father, David Burrall, and her sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen and Edward Justic, as well as several cousins and many friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Pamela Burrall.
