Kelli Marie Kemper

Kelli Marie Kemper 57, was born February 27, 1958 and passed away December 20, 2015. Kelli was preceded in death by her father Merton Payton, mother Shirley Payton, and sister Viki Cerkan. Kelli is survived by a loving family which includes her husband Larry Kemper, her children Angela (Joey Boroz), Michael Everding, Travis Sanders, Chelsie (Shannon Lind), and Chad (Beth) Kemper.
