Katherine Elizabeth Moulder

Katherine Elizabeth Moulder passed away in her home, on Friday May 31st, at age 82.

Born in San Antonio Texas, to William Barney and Helen Elizabeth Humphries, on March 23rd, 1937.

In 1958, Katherine received her BS as part of the first graduating class from the newly named CSU; formerly Colorado A&M. While there, she met Robert L. Moulder, who would become her devoted husband for the next 60 years.

On October 3rd 1959, she gave birth to son Robert Barney Moulder. On the day before Thanksgiving in 1966, they welcomed home their adopted daughter, Deborah Kathleen (Ayers), born May 31st, 1966.

Katherine is survived by her husband Robert; son, Barney; daughter, Deborah; grandchildren, Kayla and Marissa Moulder, Cameron and Jake Ayers; sisters, Billie Vonderwahl, Harriette Lamberson, Judy Humphries; nieces, nephews, and loving friends.

A celebration of her life will be held at the Moulder residence, on Tuesday July 2nd, at 4:00 PM.
