Karen Suzanne Micklas

Karen Suzanne Micklas, 42 of Denver, Colorado died June 27, 2016 at home with her family. Karen was born in Troy, NY on February, 1974 to Joseph and Donna Micklas and resided in Mechanicville, NY. She earned her Nurse Doctorate at Colorado University Health Science Center. Her passion was case management, particularly caring for the homeless. In addition to her parents, Karen is survived by her husband Heath Waldron Taglione, brothers and their spouses, Timothy (Sumiko), Christopher (Tracy) and Andrew (Nicole) Micklas as well as nieces and nephews: Belen, Jakob, Sofia, Luke, William, Mia and Natalia. The celebration of Karen's life will be Tuesday, July 5th at 2 pm.
