Josephine E. Romero, 86, of Trinidad, CO., passed away on Friday, April 4, 2008. She is survived by her husband, John B., 7 children, 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 10 from 11AM to 12PM at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, 80227. A Rosary will follow at 12PM in the chapel. A Funeral Mass will be held at 1PM followed by burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 2:30PM at Staging Area ""B"". A reception will follow back at the funeral home. Her family includes her husband John B. Romero, Her four daughters; Viven (Eddie) DeHerrera, Bernedine Romero, Evelyn Romero, Carolyn Sandoval. Three sons; Denis Romero, John (Liz) Romero, Leonard (Kathleen) Romero. Her four sisters; Elizabeth (Pat) Gama, Marcella Spinuzzi, Daisy (Tom) Vigil, Inez (Leroy) Zamora. Ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
