Joseph ""Joe"" Araujo September 22, 1930-July 9, 2016 Born in Cambridge, MA to Duarte & Cecilia Araujo. Survived by daughters Denise (Joe) Boyd, Darlene (Jody) Jackson; grandchildren Miranda, Brian, Cabrina and Christopher, beloved nephew Robert (Veronica) Souza. Preceded in death by life partner Robert Cushing. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War as a radio operator instructor at Keesler A.F.B, Biloxi, MS. Interment Wednesday, 08/17/16, 9:00 AM, Fort Logan National Cemetery area A. Donations may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
