Our beloved son Jack, age 32, passed away peacefully on September 29th at Children's Hospital Colorado PICU, surrounded by his loving family. Jack is survived by his mother Betsy, his father John Jr., his sister Ann, his brother-in-law Jason and niece Parker Mae Wing, as well as his Aunts, Mellie, Jacqueline, Polly and Nancy, and Uncles, Douglas, William and Rick, cousins, Dan, Sarah, Mary, Spencer, Claire, Charlotte, Logan, Owen, Ricky, Parker, Mandy, Sarah, Lucy, Alex and Mary. Jack was predeceased by his Aunt JoAnn and his Uncle Harry; as well as Grandparents AnnaMae and Douglas Bury and Marion and John Sr.

A public funeral will be held at St. Thomas More Parish on Friday, October 15th at 11:00am. Reception to follow in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's name and memory may be made to Children's Hospital Colorado PICU, 13123 East 15th Avenue, Aurora, CO 80045.
