John Weldon Shaw

John Weldon Shaw of Northglenn, Colorado passed away on June 13, 2014 at the age 78. He was born August 12, 1935 in Tom Bean, Texas. He was an influential person in the Colorado music education community and music industry regionally. He loved the outdoors with special interests in golf, hunting, and fishing. John is survived by his beloved wife, Martha Sue Shaw of 58 years, children Richard (Rachelle) Shaw, Lori (Rory) Villegas, John (Cindy) Shaw. Grandchildren Brandon Shaw, Nicholas Villegas, Chad Villegas, Chelsea (Seth) Monholand, Megan Shaw. Services will be held Tuesday, June 17, 11:00am at Northglenn Christian Church 1800 East 105th Place in Northglenn. Visitation, Monday, June 16 from 5:00-7:00pm at Horan-McConaty, 9998 Grant Street in Thornton. Contributions may be made to TRU Hospice Care Center, 1855 Plaza Drive, Louisville, CO 80027.
