John R. Scanlan

John R. "Jack" Scanlan, 83, of Lakewood, passed away Thursday, October 11. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Margaret Scanlan; son, Mark Scanlan; daughter, Julie Scanlan; a brother, Don (Dory) Scanlan; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-granddaughter; and 1 niece. Preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Anderson and daughter, Jill Nichols. A memorial mass will be held on Friday, October 19, at 10:00AM at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 2190 South Sheridan Blvd. Denver, CO 80219. Burial will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 11:30AM at staging area B.
