He was a member of the America the Beautiful Chorus in Colorado Springs where he concluded his 34 year participation with the Barbershop Harmony Society. Jack is survived by his loving wife, Eleanor (Patterson), whom he married on Nov. 30, 1947 in the Hayesville Methodist Church. Residing in Hayesville for several years, they were blessed with three sons and one daughter: Douglas (Katie) of Fredericksburg, VA, John (Karen) of St. Albans, WV, Daniel (Laurey) of Frederick, MD and Elaine (Robert) Campbell of Littleton, CO.
