John 'Jack' Francis Dwyer

Jack Dwyer, 71, formerly of Leadville, Colorado now of Denver, Colorado died December 4, 2011. Preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Joe. He is survived by his wife Mary; his children Tom (Kendra), Ginny, and John (Patty); his grandchildren Jordan, Aidan, and Ainsley, his sisters Rose Marie Champeau, Margy Silver, and Kathy Achatz, and his step brother Dennis Hasty, and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be Saturday, December 10, 2011, 2:00 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado 80227.
