Jack Curtis, 77, of Lakewood, passed away October 15, 2009. Survived by his wife, Ruth Ann; daughter Jill (Michael) Holland; grandsons, Austin & Braden, with one on-the-way. Visitation 5:00 PM Tuesday, with a Rosary at 6:00 PM; Funeral Mass 10:00 AM Wednesday, all at Holy Family Catholic Church, 4380 Utica St.
