Joe was preceded in death by father, Joe Tincani. Public Visitation, Wednesday February 25, 5:00 - 7:00 PM, at Horan & McConaty, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Funeral Service, Thursday February 26, 10:00 AM, also at Horan & McConaty, followed by burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
