The family of Jialu Yang (杨加禄) is saddened to announce his passing on February 19, 2026 in Denver, Colorado, USA. Born on May 30, 1946, in Kunming, Yunnan Province, P.R.C., 

Jialu lived a life filled with selflessness, scholarship, and stalwart love for his family. An environmental engineer, Jialu built a distinguished professional career at Kunming Iron and Steel Company before retiring to spend time with his beloved family, as well as tending to his cherished vegetable garden. He was incredibly devoted in both his professional and personal pursuits, and will be dearly missed by all. 

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Wenlan Zhang; his daughter, Sixian Yang; his son, Sichen Yang; his grandchildren (Cindy, Joli, Eileen, Yuanlin, Yuanqi), and many other family and friends. A celebration of Jialu’s life will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026. 

The remembrance service will be held at 11 A.M., Friday, March 6, 2026, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel (11150 E Dartmouth Ave, Aurora, CO 80014). The interment will follow at 12:30 P.M., Friday, March 6, 2026 at Fairmount Cemetery (430 S Quebec St, Denver, Colorado, 80247).
