He was born March 2, 1965, in Northridge, California, to his parents Donna Burns, of Thornton, Colorado, and Donald Parten, of Grants Pass, Oregon, both who survive him as well as his sister Terry Marie Parten-Hilton; brothers Allen Terry Parten and Albert Larence Stickel; nieces and nephews Heather and Beau; Mannix and Hayden.
