Jerry Mares, 84, of Denver, CO passed away on June 27, 2026. He was surrounded by his family and friends. Born to father Albert and mother Emma Mares. Devoted husband of Rachel Mares and loving father to Shelly Mares. Jerry graduated from Annunciation High School where he played on the football team. He continued to enjoy playing in his later years on a flag football team. He also ran many 5k races in the community. We will miss his warm-hearted spirit.
